Ich sage es noch einmal: Jeden Tag Pfingsten &#8211; eine nachhaltige, j\u00e4hrliche Ernte von mehr als einer Million J\u00fcngerinnen und J\u00fcngern aus allen Nationen und Volksgruppen. <br \/>Ich m\u00f6chte dar\u00fcber sprechen, was ich mit diesen Worten &#8220;nachhaltig&#8221; meine. Was bedeutet &#8220;nachhaltig&#8221;? Spreche ich nur von einer Million in einem j\u00e4hrlichen Feldbericht, nein, mit &#8220;nachhaltig&#8221; meine ich eine Ernte, bei der wir \u00fcber die Systeme, Prozesse und Strukturen verf\u00fcgen, um J\u00fcnger zu halten und schlie\u00dflich einzusetzen. Ich glaube, wir m\u00fcssen ein nachhaltiges Modell haben, um die Welt zu erreichen. Ich wei\u00df, dass Gott uns eine Ernte schenken kann, die unsere Netze zerrei\u00dft &#8211; oder fast zerrei\u00dft &#8211; wie in den Evangelien; aber ich glaube, dass es Gottes Wille ist, dass nicht nur Menschen kommen und sich taufen lassen, dass sie nicht nur Bu\u00dfe tun, dass sie nicht nur mit dem Geist erf\u00fcllt werden, sondern dass wir sie behalten und dass sie J\u00fcngerinnen und J\u00fcnger in der Nachfolge Jesu Christi werden &#8211; was mich zum n\u00e4chsten Wort f\u00fchrt: j\u00e4hrlich. Ich spreche nicht von einer einmaligen Situation, ich spreche nicht von einem einzigen guten Jahr, sondern ich spreche von einer best\u00e4ndigen Million plus, die sich schlie\u00dflich zu viel, viel mehr vermehren wird. <br \/>J\u00fcnger ist ein anderes Wort; das sind Bekehrte, die weitermachen, das sind Menschen, die in dem Prozess weitermachen. Ich spreche nicht von denen, die kommen und gehen, sondern von Bekehrten, die weitermachen. Das Wort J\u00fcngerschaft hat also einen Ma\u00dfstab: Der Glaube ist ein Ma\u00dfstab, die Taufe in Jesu Namen ist ein Ma\u00dfstab, die Erf\u00fcllung mit dem Heiligen Geist, das Sprechen in Zungen &#8211; das sind Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be f\u00fcr den Prozess und die Lebenslinie eines J\u00fcngers, und so gibt es messbare Wege und ich glaube, es gibt noch mehr Wege, wie wir J\u00fcngerschaft messen k\u00f6nnen. Es ist weit mehr als nur getauft oder mit dem Heiligen Geist erf\u00fcllt zu sein; es ist ein fortlaufender Prozess und das ist es, was ich mit J\u00fcngerschaft in jeder Nation meine. Ich meine damit jede geopolitische Einheit auf der Welt mit nationalen Grenzen. Das ist unser traditioneller Ma\u00dfstab &#8211; jede Volksgruppe, d.h. jede Gruppe im gesamten Spektrum der sprachlichen, kulturellen und religi\u00f6sen Identit\u00e4t. <br \/>Kommen wir also zur\u00fcck zu dem, was ich f\u00fchle; was ich f\u00fchle, dass Gott zu mir gesprochen hat: Pfingsten jeden Tag eine nachhaltige j\u00e4hrliche Ernte von mehr als einer Million J\u00fcngerinnen und J\u00fcnger aus allen Nationen und Volksgruppen. Du sagst: &#8220;Pfingsten jeden Tag&#8221;, was bedeutet das? Nun, als ich betete und Gott suchte, sp\u00fcrte ich diese Zahl, eine Million plus eine Million J\u00fcnger jedes Jahr, und ich begann, sie zu entwickeln, begann dar\u00fcber nachzudenken, betete mehr dar\u00fcber und vor ein paar Wochen hatte ich dies bereits mit Planning for Progress mit unserem GMAC-Team geteilt und ich sp\u00fcrte, wie der Herr zu mir sprach. Ich bereitete mich auf eine Predigt vor und Gott sprach zu mir, wie er es oft tut; es war nicht h\u00f6rbar, aber es war ein Eindruck; er sagte, Adam, was du als Pfingstereignis wahrgenommen hast, ist dieses bahnbrechende Ereignis in der Geschichte der Kirche. Er sagte: &#8220;Ich sehe das als jeden Tag; es ist nicht nur ein einziges Ereignis, wenn du 3.000 mal 365 multiplizierst, sind das 1.095.000 J\u00fcnger pro Jahr. Ich glaube also, dass wir jeden Tag Pfingsten in der Vereinigten Pfingstkirche auf der ganzen Welt feiern k\u00f6nnen. Ich glaube, dass wir jeden Tag 3.000 J\u00fcnger in der Globalen Kirche sehen k\u00f6nnen, in jeder Kirche, die mit der Vereinigten Pfingstkirche International verbunden ist. <br \/>Jeden Tag zu Pfingsten eine nachhaltige j\u00e4hrliche Ernte von mehr als einer Million Seelen &#8211; J\u00fcnger aus allen Nationen und Volksgruppen. Pfingsten jeden Tag &#8211; Ich bete, dass du mein Herz sp\u00fcrst. Ich bete daf\u00fcr, dass es ein Zeugnis des Geistes gibt. Keiner von uns kann das alleine tun, niemand kann das alleine erreichen. Es braucht den globalen Leib in Einheit, der in Harmonie miteinander arbeitet und dem Geist erlaubt, zu sprechen; der Gott erlaubt, die St\u00e4rken eines Teils des Leibes zu nutzen, um der Schw\u00e4che eines anderen Teils des Leibes zu dienen und umgekehrt. <br \/>Ich glaube, dass wir jeden Tag Pfingsten erleben k\u00f6nnen, eine nachhaltige j\u00e4hrliche Ernte von mehr als einer Million J\u00fcngerinnen und J\u00fcngern aus allen Nationen und Volksgruppen. Ich glaube es in Jesu Namen. <br \/>Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, m\u00f6chte ich drei strategische Entwicklungswege aufzeigen, die ich sehe.<br \/>Eine davon ist die erste: globale Partnerschaften. Wir haben erstaunliche Verbindungen mit unseren globalen Br\u00fcdern und Schwestern auf der ganzen Welt &#8211; erstaunliche globale Kirchen, nationale Werke, die gewachsen und gereift sind. Aber je mehr sich diese Reife ausbreitet und je mehr unserer nationalen Werke mit dem globalen Rat der Vereinten Pfingstkirchen auf der ganzen Welt verbunden sind, desto mehr m\u00fcssen wir uns auf eine neue Ebene begeben. Mit zunehmender Reife m\u00fcssen wir unsere Beziehung von der sendenden Kirche oder der Mutterkirche, wie manche gerne sagen, zu einer wirklich globalen Partnerschaft umwandeln, in der wir Partner sind &#8211; nicht nur in der Lehre, nicht nur in der Gemeinschaft &#8211; sondern in der Aussendung, Finanzierung und Verwaltung der globalen Arbeit der Kirche. Das ist die globale missionarische Kraft. <br \/>Ich glaube, dass wir zusammenarbeiten m\u00fcssen, dass wir starke Verbindungen aufbauen m\u00fcssen, in dem Bewusstsein, dass die nordamerikanische Kirche nicht alle Antworten hat, dass die nordamerikanische Kirche nicht die Gesamtheit dessen ist und enth\u00e4lt, was Gott heute in der Welt tun will. Ich glaube, dass Gott m\u00f6chte, dass wir uns mit globalen Partnern auf der ganzen Welt zusammenschlie\u00dfen, um den Missionsbefehl noch zu unseren Lebzeiten erf\u00fcllen zu k\u00f6nnen. I&#8217;ll say it again: Pentecost every day a sustainable able annual Harvest of a million plus disciples from every nation and people group.<\/p>\n<p>I want to talk about what I mean by these words sustainable; what does sustainable mean am I talking about just a million on an annual Field Report; no by sustainable I mean a harvest that we have the systems and the processes and structures in place to retain disciples and eventually deploy. I believe we must have a sustainable model to reach the world. I know God can give us Harvest that will break our Nets &#8211; or almost break our Nets &#8211; like it did in the gospels; however I believe it&#8217;s the will of God for not just people to come and be baptized not just repent not just be filled with the spirit but for us to retain them and for them to become disciples followers of Jesus Christ &#8211; which leads me to the next word annual. I&#8217;m not talking about a one-off situation I&#8217;m not talking about a single good year but I&#8217;m talking about a consistent million plus that will eventually multiply into much, much more.<\/p>\n<p>Disciples is another word; those are converts that continue those are people that move on in the process. I&#8217;m not talking about those that come and go I&#8217;m talking about converts that continue. And so that that word disciple discipleship has benchmarks is Faith a benchmark absolutely repentance is a benchmark baptism in Jesus name is a benchmark being filled with the Holy Ghost evidence of speaking in tongues those are benchmarks along the process and the lifeline of a disciple and so there are measurable ways and I believe there are more ways that we can measure discipleship. It&#8217;s far more than just baptized or filled with the Holy Ghost; it&#8217;s a continuing process and so that is what I mean by Disciple Every Nation. I mean every geopolitical entity around the world with national borders. That&#8217;s been our traditional metric &#8211; every people group that is every group of across the spectrum of linguistic cultural and religious identity.<\/p>\n<p>So let\u2019s go back to what I feel; what I feel God has spoken to me: Pentecost every day a sustainable annual Harvest of a million plus disciples from every nation and people group. You say, \u201cPentecost every day,\u201d what does that mean? Well, as I was praying and seeking God I felt this number a million a million plus disciples every year and I began to develop it began to think about it prayed about it more well a few weeks ago I had already shared this with Planning for Progress with our GMAC team and I felt the Lord speak to me. I was preparing to preach a message and God spoke to me as he often does; it wasn&#8217;t audible but it was an impression; he said, Adam what you have perceived as an event Pentecost this seminal event in the history of the church. He said, I see that as every day; it&#8217;s not just a single event if you multiply 3,000 time 365, that&#8217;s 1,095,000 disciples every year. So I believe we can have Pentecost every day in the United Pentecostal church around the world I believe we can see 3,000 disciples made every single day in the Global Church, every church connected with the United Pentecostal Church International.<\/p>\n<p>Pentecost every day a sustainable annual Harvest of a million plus souls disciples from every nation and people group. Pentecost every day &#8211; I pray that you feel my heart. I pray that there is a witness of the spirit. None of us can do this alone no one can accomplish this alone it will take the global body in unity working in harmony, one with another, allowing the spirit to speak; Allowing God to use the strengths of one part of the body to minister to the weakness of another part of the body and vice versa.<\/p>\n<p>I believe we can see Pentecost every day a sustainable annual Harvest of a million plus disciples from every nation and people group. I believe it in Jesus name.<\/p>\n<p>Further to this goal I want to share three strategic tracks of development that I see.<\/p>\n<p>One of those the first is global Partnerships. Now we&#8217;ve had amazing connections with our Global brothers and sisters around the world amazing Global churches, National works that have grown and matured. But as this maturity spreads and as more of our national Works connected with the global Council United Pentecostal churches around the world. As maturity comes, we must transition our relationship from that of the sending church or the mother church as some like to say to a truly Global partnership to where we partner &#8211; not just in Doctrine, not just in Fellowship &#8211; but where we partner in the sending, funding and administrating of the global work of the church. That is the global missionary Force.<\/p>\n<p>I believe we must work together we must form strong connections recognizing that the North American Church doesn&#8217;t have all the answers, recognizing that the North American church is not and does not contain the entirety of what God would do in the world today. I believe that God wants us to come together with Global Partners around the world to be able to see the Great Commission fulfilled In Our Lifetime.
